I'm currently a PhD student working under supervision of Professor Shaojie Zhang in Department of Computer Science (CS) at University of Central Florida. My research area is Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. I've started my PhD program in Fall 2018.

I earned my Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Central Florida (UCF), Orlando, FL and my Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Bangladesh. I'm experienced of working as a Software Engineer in a reputed software company for three years. I also worked as a faculty member in a public university of Bangladesh.

Study and analysis of RNA 3D structure motifs, clustering RNA 3D structure motifs, design and develop a method to discover and visualize RNA structural motif subfamilies, design and develop a method to generate RNA 3D structure motif profiles.
